I highly recommend Phil and the Premier Home Comfort team. They are easy to work with, timely, and extremely communicative. Phil has been great - he seems genuine, down to earth, and extremely knowledgeable. When my HVAC unit needed a new part, Phil offered to move his schedule around, drive to pick it up, and get it installed ASAP. Temps were mild and it was no problem for me to wait, but the gesture was very much appreciated. It shows that they really care about their clients and are willing to go above and beyond. 5/5

After I contacted him about the poor cooling on the upper level of my rental property, Phil responded immediately. He drove to Woodbridge to diagnose the problem and suggested replacing the furnace. I knew it was old and needed to go.

We have heard about this company many times. All good things naturally. So when our main floor unit decided to stop working we made a call to Phil and he was out the next day. Gave us an honest quote that beat out the other three companies we had asked to take a look. When the time came for the install Phil and his crew were on time and worked through the sweltering 95 degree weather to make sure the new system was down and we were comfortable. The crew was amazing. Everyone was polite and courteous. I’ll be honest, we are extremely happy and we plan to continue using this company for all HVAC needs. Great group of guys.
