I recently found myself in a very stressful situation of needing mold remedial services in my home and Norine & her team came highly recommended. I met with a few experts in the field, but her sincere & caring nature (along with professionalism & knowledge) were what stood out to me the most, so I hired her. They did not disappoint! They recognized the emotional pressure I was under and made my job a priority. The team was very friendly & professional and Norine kept me updated with communication throughout the entire process. They completed the job in 3 days 🙌 (removal of damaged household items & mold from areas that couldn’t be removed, treated & sealed the entire basement and clean up). They sent another team to clean the ducts and they left behind air scrubbers to clean the air throughout my home for the next week as they knew my daughter and I were quite sensitive to the air quality in our home. I can honestly say that we both have been breathing much better with the fresh air now in our home, and I am very grateful for Norine & her team of professionals who helped me through this very challenging time. I would highly suggest them for anyone who finds themselves in a similar predicament. They are a team of hard working & experienced people, who truly care about their clients!

I recently called Power Vac Environmental to help me work my way through possible asbestos in a popcorn ceiling. I had never dealt with asbestos concerns before and found the prospect unnerving. Norine took the time to explain everything with me and tailored a plan to what was needed.

On site teams were professional and fast at removing asbestos and mold from a newly purchased 60's home. HVAC cleaning and attic reinsulation were also updated and took not even a day.

Turn around for everything was less than a week with just three days total for everything.

Very reasonable prices compared to other companies I called within the city.

I'll be recommending Power Vac Hamilton to anyone I know who needs any of their services in the future.

The staff at Power Vac are very friendly and accommodating! They were able to communicate well when their truck had mechanical issues and were very efficient in re-booking services. The two gentlemen who did our duct cleaning also took their time when completing the work and we noticed an incredible difference in our home air quality! Very highly recommended.
