We recently had solar panels installed on our home and our experience with Polaron has been excellent from start to finish.

MJ, our sales rep and solar specialist, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He clearly explained every step, answered all of our questions, and never pressured us into making a decision. He encouraged us to take our time and compare Polaron’s offer with other companies. What really stood out was that Polaron’s quote was transparent and comprehensive right from the start—and unlike some competitors, MJ never resorted to bad-mouthing other companies, which we appreciated.

Angela coordinated the installation process and made everything feel seamless. She kept us informed at each stage, and when we ran into a small hiccup with the electrical portion of the install, she stepped in right away to ensure it was resolved quickly and properly.

After installation, Shanea was incredibly helpful in assisting us with troubleshooting and setting up the monitoring system and app. Thanks to her, we were up and running in no time.

It’s been a couple of months since the system went live, and we couldn’t be happier with the performance and our overall experience with Polaron. Highly recommended!

Took 9 months to get panels installed with multiple days of work being missed to meet them. I give 5 stars cause they were the cheapest (and it shows why it taking so long) and they said they would give me a free gift if I did. They did try to press me to have the panels put on the bottom of the roof so it was easier for them to install. But I refused and they put them in the right spot at the top that was already agreed upon.

We've had our Polaron system online for about 6 months and the whole process, from initial consultations through to installation has been easy and completed as planned.
The after-install service has been great too, even so much as notifying me that there was an issue with our system. I have the app and the information, but didn't notice that a couple of panels weren't performing as intended. They cam to do the repair within a couple of days of notifying me that there was a problem, and we've been running faultlessly for another month.

I had my solar panels installed very recently but had a few questions in regards with the Polaron App and Accounting. I was really lucky to have had my call answered by James Esguerra who helped me with the App and sent my inquiry to Accounting.
In less than 10 minutes, James had me using the App, explaining the different icons and what the values meant. The Accounting Department sent me an email answering my questions in a detailed and clear way shortly after I was off the phone with James. It was an easy and pleasant call and James was very efficient, detailed oriented and keen in helping me.
