It was my first visit and I just brought about 8 bags. It only takes a few minutes. Everything was so easy and quick. Staff(she seems like a manager) was so kind and gave us a simple guide to do, and especially staff at no.4 was so wonderful. She welcomed us and told us what wasn't acceptable with a lovely smile. I really appreciate her. The place was clean and had a simple guideline. I would love to visit again 😊

Plus II Bottle Depot is a convenient place for bottle and can returns. The staff works efficiently, and the process is straightforward. The facility is well-organized, making drop-offs quick and hassle-free. They handle a high volume of returns while keeping the lines moving. A reliable spot for recycling and getting your deposit refunds.

My husband and I came in today with almost $300 worth of bottles and cans that have been accumulating and I won’t lie I was overwhelmed by the task at hand. But from the moment we got there with our overflowing load, there was great customer service! A lady who seemed to be a manager in a pink shirt quickly came to our aid finding us carts and then the line up moved quickly so it was our turn in no time. Once at the counter, I can’t say enough good things about our attendant Roxy. She was totally on her A game - fast, thorough and fair, letting us know if anything didn’t qualify for refund. I HIGHLY recommend this location and I will definitely be back (but hopefully not leave it so long next time!) 😊

I came here on the 28th of December 2023 to take in some bottles, I was doing it for family and I didn't know they had detergent bottles in the bags. Easy mistake, I also didn't know you couldn't bring them in but the girl sorting them, threw the bottles so hard that the detergent containers bounced off of the garbage bin and hit a customer beside me on the legs and a few threw across the room. I had to go and pick them up and apologize to the bystanders. She waited until the next bag, where there were more to frustratingly inform me I can't recycle those. As a new guest who didn't know, I found her behavior to be beyond unprofessional and rude. None of the other workers around did anything but I'm not sure if they seen what she did. I'd suggest that be worked on. I will not be back. Very disappointing.

The new sorting machines are quick and keep things moving. The store is clean and the sorters and staff have always been nice.
Communication is hindered by covid masks and noise at both locations..
Always a big lineup waiting for opening in the mornings but you can usually walk right in later in the day.
Less busy than plus one (location not in a high shopping area) and I like that the donation area and drop off for power card is right inside the doors.

Apparently this place has received a excellence award? must be for how well they rip off customers and profit the company cause the place is known for improper sorting and low counts on returns. Word of advice sort and count your order before you come here , it will save you $$$.

Edit; I’ve already called and spoke with your Manager about that grey haired old lady with spectacles at the front door that used to bounce the entrance like a bar on white ave. Nice to see she’s not greeting any longer.

This place says they "don't take" tetra pack milk containers yet they make sure to keep it when they receive it. In Edmonton they reimburse you for this, you even get charged a deposit. Yet they don't pay you for it here which is outrageous.

I was ganged up on and harassed by 4 employees including a very rude manager. They did not care that I had a medical condition preventing me from wearing a "m." I would have been happy to wait at the door and allow them to process my order, IF they had have approached me KINDLY, upon entrance, and explained the policy to me. However, that's not what happened. I was halfway through my order when I was singled out, ganged up on, humiliated in front of other customers and was unceremoniously kicked out and not even allowed to wash my hands (because that's really sanitary). Also they did not process all my bags as they left one behind for me to take home. When the manager brought me my money she had a snippy tone and an ignorant look on her face. I won't be returning. I'll go to a depot that respects their customers and doesn't discriminate. I've never been treated so rudely.
