They will NOT help you pull parts out. They expect you to use a service to call someone in to help you pull and it costs ontop of the part cost. Absolutely worst service I ever had.. customer service 0. I went around the yard to 4 different customers asking them to help me because they refused to do their job.

Unfortunately the pricing keeps going up and up. I understand inflation but 100 bucks for a used scratched hood is getting to be too much. And fuel injectors are 7 or 8 bucks on their website but they charged me 95 bucks for 6 injectors because they price chevy spider style injectors differently and much higher. Not to mention they've doubled the price of entry, ridiculous to pay an entry fee at all, it's a wrecking yard. Not an amusement park.
Truly frustrating that the only wrecking yard we have is a corporate chain.

prices are way to high 10 bucks off a brand new part in some cases like 60 bucks for a used civic window motor is INSANE ordered a brand new one with shipping for 70... i get stuff is getting more expensive but that is straight up greed

Ahhh yes, the place to be on a Saturday afternoon, waiting for He Who Mist Be Obeyed 😉😉. The Ogre quite likes this junkyard, we are firm believers in reduce, reuse, recycle. Time for a small plug for the virtues of fixing your car, rather than paying $90,000 for a new truck. Highly recommend A++.
