Brandon from PHD Plumbing visited our home to address sump pump/pit concerns. Quality of his support was exceptional! He arrived on time as scheduled. He took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly inspected the areas inside and outside the house. Upon diagnosing the issues he offered the solution(s) best suited to our needs. Upon fixing the issues, the system was tested. Finally cleanup was so good, you would never know he there there. Would highly recommend Brandon and PHD plumbing to everyone.

I can see why the reviews for PHD plumbing are so high! Our first call into the office regarding our broken water softener was great. Melina answered questions and connected us with the technician efficiently. Freddy and his partner Peter did an amazing job replacing our water softener. Freddy was pleasant from the start and provided prompt, professional and friendly service. We will definitely recommend PHD Plumbing to family and friends and will use them again!

The whole experience was great. They answered the phone immediately and were able to schedule a visit within an hour. The service technician, Nino, was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem quickly. Gave me a couple of options on how to correct it. He had the part in his truck and fixed it in a timely manner. He was polite, courteous and clearly knew his stuff. I will always ask for Nina should we be in need of their services again!

Phd plumbing did a great job on my well.
We called them and they came the next day. They ended up telling us its not the issue we were initially informed by another company, it was just a matter of maintenance.
They came the next day to do the job, they were super efficient, professional and quick. We are very happy with their service and would highly recommend.

During a kitchen renovation I unexpectedly needed some piping and a new shut off valve. PHD accommodated me, arrived on schedule did a quote right away and carried out the work. Brandon was friendly and knowledgeable. Work was completed quickly and this helped to keep my project on schedule. I highly recommend PHD for a reasonably priced and professional service.

What an awesome team at PHD, the 5 star reviews you read are all true! I had a kitchen sink back up on me, and after trying all the typical homeowner tricks, I knew I needed an actual professional. After reading all the positive reviews, I reached out and they were able to accommodate me and my schedule. A professional named Haddi showed up and got to work. What a wonderful human being: polite, courteous, kind and empathetic to the situation at hand. REALLY long story short, Haddi diagnosed and repaired my crappy old plumbing - I was lucky enough to have his team member Dave arrive on scene as well to help finish the job. Dave’s amazing as well, super knowledgeable and ready to share that knowledge. After a solid 7.5 hour day, I’m BEYOND pleased to say these guys fixed everything the right way, at a price that helped me and my family, and left me feeling grateful for the whole experience. Thanks Haddi and Dave!
