First of all everyone, this is a REAL review. Not a robot or someone that works for them. I went here today for the first time to try them out because I just got ripped of on Saturday by one of their competitors. The experience was okay. I don't give 5 stars for anything unless the experience was above and beyond in some way. The staff were friendly to me. Gave me instructions with positive attitudes and made thing as smooth as possible. It did however take me a full hour to wait for a bin, get off loaded, wait for a skid, wait for the weighing process and get paid to get out of there. I went there with all of my scrap Sorted Properly people! Pre-Sorting is what everyone should be doing before parking and taking 2 hours in 1 of the 5 parking spots available. A few items could have been priced better, but they are a business that needs to make money. I get that. Overall I am satisfied with the experience and the pricing and I will return at a different time of the day instead of 3:30pm in the afternoon.

Even though there were some bumps along the process, I appreciate the effort put forward, and would like to say my overall experience was positive.

STILL, I would like to warn against the lady indoors who is working the window for receipts, as she was not very accomodating or understanding.

They Are doing Fraud with Stuff .Dirst time they give good price but after another round they told us price change in everything last month june i give them copper moters then they write in No 2 copper and price is ($5+ for copper ) but today same moters but they give price just 40 cent / lb so they do fraud almost $450 Dont go there .Find some another place .

I had an old steel stove with spiral elements and I decided to try peel scrap metal. I didn't know what to do so I walked in through this large garage door and I was greeted by Greg. He was very kind and friendly to me. He brought out a large bin using a fork lift and helped me unload my stove. He then directed me to Catherine who asked me some questions and she took some time to answer my questions. I got my money from a secure location and I drove away. All in all it was a great experience and I will be back.

On the phone they told me they would pay a lot more than they actually paid me. They literally shorted me almost 400 dollars after I offloaded a couple thousand pounds of material. These guys ripped me off and I highly suggest no one goes here.

Also, half the 5 star reviews are fake paid boosters to get their star rating up

Update, they contacted me to tell me I’m wrong and I misheard or wasn’t given accurate information. Still fail to see how any of this is my fault.

These people are rude and unprofessional, take your material anywhere but here. Telling me I expect this or that. Telling me I’m unreasonable because one of their staff is dumb enough to misinform a customer of a price when I clearly stated what I was bringing in, but this is all my fault.
