The vaccination clinic is well set up, nice and clean. Staffs are friendly and caring. Check in is smooth and no surprise. Wait time is reasonable. Staffs will check on you frequently after your vaccination and before leaving.
It was a pleasant experience for my daughter and me to get vaccination there.

This week, I had a situation where I accidentally dropped my personal cell phone down a main water valve pipe. I work as a locator and these things can commonly happen in this field of work. They were incredibly quick to respond and retrieve my phone for me! Very kind, pleasant and efficient!! They didn't give up and were genuinely caring about the situation at hand. Reassured me and made me feel better about it as I was extremely embarrassed about what I had done. All n all I feel very fortunate and blessed that this crew of gentlemen were so outstanding and amazing dealing with it. Thank you so much Region of Peel Water department for everything you do for our community and for me that day ❤️ the Forman was an absolute gem of a human and so was his crew! 10/10 satisfaction guaranteed 💯🤩

We got our front lawn tree pruned by city. From the moment , I spoke with rep Anika, I knew I do not have to worry now. She arranged an inspection on priority basis , and by that I mean - half an hour later , the city official was outside our home doing measurements.. next day a team of 3 came to prune the tree.. ours was the huge tree and the branches were tapping against roof of the house.. it took them 3 hours as they did it very carefully as to not to wound the tree or damage the property.. it was neat work and the team was great..no doubt we pay high property tax but the way the job was accompalished I don’t feel an itch now.. thanks to city for providing great service !!!

Great reception, value your time, give you respect, do understand your concerns. I had appointment at different location and they were closed on the appointment time. Called in this location took me in as walk in and done the required test. Thanks to all team

The staff were super nice in helping me to my location, thanks to the young lady who pushed my wheel chair up the ramp and waited for me to help me back down the ramp. She was super nice. And the nurse who gave me my jab was exceptionally nice as well. Front desk staff were just as nice.

Be prepared to wait at least an hour for your vaccine if ur unfortunate enough to book an appointment during shift change. Lovely nurses. Less than lovely support staff. Extremely rude nursing students who have clearly made a poor personal career choice

Absolutely disrespectful. Try working with them over the phone. They don't answer phone calls. Get voice mail every time. Go to the office to try and talk in person, no one is in the office. They forms on the web site don't allow for detail. Can only upload 3 pictures or documents.
