I recently attended the "Stop. Look. Listen." workshop facilitated by Paul Kiss, and it was an outstanding experience. The session focused on the foundational role of listening in effective communication and relationships. Paul’s approach was thoughtful and engaging, offering practical strategies to develop listening skills and minimize common, often unconscious, damaging behaviours.

Paul’s charisma and personable nature set the tone for an open and constructive workshop. One of the most impactful aspects was how he tailored the session to the group’s needs by utilizing pre-workshop surveys. This thoughtful preparation not only made the material more relevant but also exemplified the importance of listening as a first step in understanding others.

The workshop combined insights into belief systems around communication with actionable examples, creating a well-rounded learning experience. The balance of theory and practice made it easy to reflect on my habits while identifying clear areas for growth.

I highly recommend this workshop to anyone looking to improve their communication skills and relationships. It’s a solid 5 out of 5 for both the content and the delivery. Paul’s expertise and genuine connection with participants made the experience both memorable and practical.

Paul and his wife did an amazing job with these workshops. There was plenty of useful content/visuals, but they were so interactive and there was plenty of opportunity to practice some of the skills we talked about with regards to becoming better listeners and handling tough conversations. I completed the free course on Stress. I found it very helpful to identify the sources of my stress and rate them so that I could identify which ones were bothering me the most. It was also beneficial to me to decide which ones I would like to deal with first. I was able to find some areas where I can work to make improvements in my stress level. I also found it helpful to list activities that help fill me up or reduce my stress. Overall, this was a very beneficial exercise. I also enjoyed your examples and anecdotes during the modules. You made the content very relatable.

Paul helped me to clarify a limiting belief I've had most of my life, that has been holding me back from being successful in life, but I couldn't quite put my finger on it. Now that we've nailed down and named the limiting belief, it's making it easier to finally come up with a roadmap to overcome it.
The next stage will require much harder work but I already feel better prepared to tackle it head on and I'm confident that I will find success.
