The service was very efficient, communication was clear and effective.
I enjoyed the loud rap music, it gave character to my bottle return. Most bottle returns don't have character but this one did.

Pretty good. First time there. People are just doing their job, so don’t expect amazing service or anything. They don’t take milk jugs or cartons, you put those in your blue bin at home. 9 trays per day, one visit per day. You sort it all yourself. Bring gloves.

I have always had a good experience there . The staff are very friendly and fast-paced. Even the recycling depot behind do a fantastic job. Very organized and clean .

I have went to drop off recycling during their posted hours (also posted on gate) and the gate was closed and locked up. This has happened several times. They also no longer take paint and other items like this. When I say hello or thank the staff they just ignore me, quite rude. Also sign on tables with a cleaning bottle requesting you to clean the counters, I believe that is their job as paid employees. And then they have the audacity to have a tip option at the refund cash machine.
