Alessandro and Chris came to do a number of jobs at our place - car charger, bedroom lights, outdoor sockets, heated towel rail.
They arrived on time, completed the tasks well and cleaned up after themselves AND were reasonably priced. We will certainly use them again when we next have an electrical issue.

Based on reviews and their reasonable quote, I hired Pacific Star Electric a few years ago to upgrade our electrical panel to a 200 amp service and to install a disconnect box for centra air conditioning. Their electricians were friendly, knowledgable, efficient and tidy and their work passed municipal electrical inspections without any issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Pacific Star again or to recommend them.

Update: updating my review to reply to your reply - no, it's the right company, but my wife called you to schedule the service, so it's probably under her name. I have spoken to you guys multiple times over the phone. The issue is that the bathroom fan you installed broke and is under manufacturer warranty, but Panasonic will not let consumers file warranty claims, only businesses can do that. After multiple attempts to get help from you, I had to use someone else's service to replace the fan because your "one year service warranty term" expired by a few months. I got the new fan for free in the end, but in no part thanks to you.

Wow. Definitely hire Pacific Star. Connor did a GREAT GREAT job. Such a nice courteous young man too. Arrived promptly on time and in a 1 1/2 hours (only $230....OMG) he fixed an irrigation cable a neighbour had accidentally sliced, helped me figure out why my remote controlled power kitchen window wasn't working (spent some time in the crawl space with him for that one), figured out an easy solution for plugging in patio lights (when there is no exterior outlet on the patio), and discovered why some bathroom lights and radiant floor heating and an exterior light no longer worked after I had flipped the breaker switches to mark the double-tapped panel. He took a look at my doorbell that doesn't have power, but didn't have enough time to fix that, but will consult with his team for an estimate for solving that mystery. Overall, a really successful visit and I learned alot about the electrical in my new house from Connor. I will definitely, definitely, definitely use Pacific Star again, and recommend them to my neighbours at our happy hour get together. Thanks so much Connor and Tracey. Job well done.

Really pleased with the 5-star work done by Andrew! He was professional, courteous, friendly, and did great quality work. Took the time to explain everything that was being done in clear terms and the work was done very cleanly.

While the reception/office staff was friendly, I'm not as pleased with their responsiveness. After having someone come out to do an initial quote, I had to call several times to get the actual written quote sent to me, as I couldn't book an appointment until I'd received it. I was also told the permits and receipt would be sent to me by the office via email after the work was complete, and I still have yet to receive them.

That said, I would likely still use Pacific Star again as their electricians are fantastic, which is what I am really looking for. I'd just like to make fewer calls to their office for paperwork!

We contacted Pacific Star Electric for a quote on some renovations and additions to the electrical system of the home we purchased in Maple Ridge. The quote was a fair price, the job scheduled quickly, and work was done as promised, and slightly faster than originally expected, and any debris was picked up and taken away. We subsequently had them back for some service work, and now have used them for some electrical changes at a business we manage. All the work has been done well, at a fair price, and at the time they promised.
