I only gave a star because this review makes you choose at least one but this company gets a full ZERO rating from me. The first thing this mediocre company does upon arrival at your home is not to check or explain anything, they immediately INVOICE you for their work. Nothing even started but they get you the invoice AT your home while they are supposed to be setting up for the work. They mislead you telling you that the cost is covered by the grant but then when you must bring them back at end of retrofits, oh well lo and behold it's another $350 that is NOT covered by any grant. They charge $1000 for the full report that you need so don't let them fool you. The owner/lead Chris has HORRIBLE customer relations, is completely rude and arrogant and absolutely LAZY at his job to merely fill in a report. They won't give you the report until they're paid and when we received the report, it was completely FULL of mistakes. Even the date was listed as Oct 2023 when they completed work Nov 2024! They listed completely WRONG things on the report, that we had baseboard heating (never have had baseboards). Upon checking the electric hot water tank and the electrical heat pump, this Chris erroneously listed that we had a gas stove, gas hot water tank and gas furnace. If I didn't know better, I'd say they were completely fraudulent. And when we pointed out these errors, he did not apologize but acted like HE himself had done nothing wrong. Oh right it was the computer's fault. He did get his invoice written up correctly.
