Before starting the project, they came for a site visit and stayed nearly 1 hour to answer all my questions and review the site in detail.

From there outlined all the next steps and came with realistic expectations of timelines and scope of work. They coordinated with ESA and Hydro One for service upgrade and renovation permitting. They rewired my whole cottage top to bottom, lighting, switches, plugs, fire alarm, in-floor heating and upgraded the service with a new breaker panel and meter base install.

When it came to the working days, they put some huge days on site and got an incredible amount of work done in just a couple days with a small team, incredibly professional and great quality work. Fair pricing, and easy to deal with.

I can’t say enough great things about Nelson and Ouellet Connection!! After having another company cancel not once but twice and the 2nd time they cancelled 15 mins before the arrival time frame had passed. We reach out to Nelson to see if he could come by and have a look. Nelson not only came by the same day but came back in the afternoon with his apprentice to complete the work we required.
