Very unprofessional. Was treated like a Main Street homeless person because I walked through the gate to ask where the office was.

Before attempting to enter their property, know that there is no walk-in customers and must have a valid license and registered vehicle to enter the yard. I learned the hard way, as there is no signs indicating this.

must be FAKE REVIEWS or friendlies trying to pump them. took my 9 yr old in ( our 1st time there) so he could cash in his hard earned community cleaning (cans from cleaning neighbourhood ).
1st was well until we went in to the scale
than rudeness and assertiveness. I inform worker its our 1st time here.
"well put them on the scale than" he responds. "where is the scale?" i ask,
"right there in front of me" as he frustratingly pulls his yellow table stand closer to him (away from scale on floor)
32lbs. plastic bags (3), 1 Rubbermaid bins worth. Forgot id so we go back home fast
6 minutes later.....
i pull up quick in a diagonal position between the building and the outside truck scale get out to 3 guys aggressively saying you cant part there to which i reply we will be what 2 minutes? we were just here!
the office lady than yells out the window "you were told you cant park there"
we move can onto side street.( Chevy sonic BTW)
WERE NOW IN THE OFFICE....
about 10-15 minutes later were the only ones there little man is given a disappointing 27lb payout AND not a single vehicle attempting to arrive NEVERMIND my tiny car blocking someone from doing so IF someone tried.

WE would rather drive to Springfield again!
Poor people skills, Lack of social awareness and youth education.

I have been taking large amounts of scrap in for years to many different recycle yards and today’s experience with the entire staff was top notch! Extremely helpful and patient with everything and everyone amd gave me some tips on how to clean scarp better for more money. Can’t argue with that! Thanks guys I’ll be back a lot!

I was at orloffs this past week and had the greatest experience with the staff. They were so helpful unloading all my scrap. The warehouse man that weighed me up seemed like a nice man, and I got cash for all my scrap !!!! It was awesome.
