Great Experience with Orizon Energy

We had a fantastic experience with Orizon Energy. Cody, our sales rep, was incredibly friendly, easy to work with, informative, and genuinely personable. Out of the three quotes we received, Cody earned our business thanks to his outgoing personality, approach and transparency.

Even after the sale, he stayed in touch and has continued to be extremely supportive throughout the entire process.

While the installation timeframe took a bit longer than expected due to permitting and back-and-forth communication, especially since we were particular about the specifics of our ground mount system, the team remained patient and accommodating.

Overall, we’re very happy with how everything turned out, and even more thrilled with the performance of our solar system. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the end result, everything that sold me on Orizon Energy to install solar panels on our roof was as the initial presentation showed (great presentation and website by the way).

Our house is quite energy efficient so I wasn’t sure it would be worth it, but it definitely was. Producing plenty of extra electricity in the summer and have lowered my bills as a result (even with a relatively small amount of panels). Will be switching to solar club immediately via Orizon Utilities. To get every little benefit I can out of this upgrade.

Big thanks to Wyatt, Dongkun and the installers. Answered all my questions and got the install done very fast.
Each of them got me through the process of the Canada Greener Homes loan approval and gave me a very clean install on the house.

Our experience with Orizon Energy was seamless from start to finish. We wouldn’t have gone solar if it weren’t for Harbir Randhawa’s presentation. He clearly explained how our electrical bill would accumulate credits during overproduction months by selling excess energy back to the grid, ultimately bringing our annual electricity costs close to net zero. Harbir also guided us through every step of the process, and even after installation, he personally helped us transition from Enmax to Orizon Utilities' Solar Club rates.

The installation team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They installed our 17kW system in December, completing the job efficiently on a day with favorable weather, we found that incredibly impressive. Additionally, they upgraded our electrical panel with extra breakers, ensuring we have room for future additions like a hot tub or an electric vehicle.

Our post-installation experience has been just as positive. The team is easy to reach, responsive to our questions, and proactive in providing updates on our system’s performance.

Overall, Orizon Energy has exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend them to anyone considering solar energy!

Even came by the house twice in order for us to feel good about the project. They obtained all required permits for us, and installation was super fast. We had solar panels installed last week by Orizon Energy. Andrew came to our house and explained the process including the procedure required for the Greener Home Loan. Once we agreed to have Orizon do the work our project manager Oreoluwa contacted us and took us through next steps. She was our main contact person and was very quick in answering any questions we had. On installation day the team showed up on time and completed the job in a day (12 panels). They, too, explained what they were doing and answered all of our questions. They were very professional. Orizon is a new company to Calgary but I would highly recommend them.
