My Lennox A/C died on August 2 in waterloo Ontario. I wasn't looking to get the existing furnace repaired but replace instead. I found Adam on Kijiji and got a quote. When I mentioned that fan is on and not cooling. He suggested to check and change contactor / capacitor- first before changing to new unit. Changed capacitor ( $25) and got the unit running again. Appreciate Adams Honesty and Customer service. This is a rare quality . Thank you Adam.

Back in February our furnace failed and I contacted several companies for quotes. Adam asked a few questions and came over to inspect the furnace. After looking at the chimney, adjacent rooms, walls, and grading outside he quoted me a price that was far lower than the other companies. The crew were polite and hardworking. The furnace has performed flawlessly since and we finally, after 35+ years have a house that is heated evenly. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

My Lennox furnace died on 11th Jan 2022. It was -20C that day and I was scrambling to find anyone who would replace the dead furnace. I wasn't looking to get the existing furnace repaired as I didn't want to take risk of it breaking again in the dead of winter as it was already beyond its usable life (at 19yrs old). I found Adam via Google search and called him around 11:45AM, he was the only one who committed to replacing my old furnace with a new Lennox # ML296UH070XV36B on same day. I rolled the dice as I had no other option (can't heat a big old detached home with electric heaters, as in -20C temps, even a electric heater in small room is pretty ineffective). OPEG crew arrived in the next hours and started removing the old furnace, by 2PM, Adam also reached with the new unit and by 6PM they were done replacing the furnace and restored the heat. While replacing the furnace, they showed me the EVAP coil had all rusted out (probably due to age) so I told Adam to replace the AC as well (as it was also the same age as furnace, installed around the same time the house was built i.e. 2001). It was late on 11th Jan so Adam promised to get the AC installed on 13th Jan & they did (Lennox # 13ACXN030-230). I am happy to report both the AC & Furnace have been working fine & I see substantial amount of energy cost savings, which is expected after replacing 19year old units with the High Energy Efficient units. Apart from speedy / professional / economical service, I would also like to point out Adam is very honest and would never try to up-sell anything. I was interested to get whole home ventilation system + HRV system installed as well but Adam advised against it , because there isn't enough room in my mechanical room to install those 2 systems. I guess if there was any other contractor, they would have gone ahead and tried to squeeze it in anyways. I highly recommend Adam & OPEG to anyone in the market exploring options to replace their AC & Furnace. Highly recommended & 5-star service.

Heating System Replacement
Ontario Power and Energy Group did a great job, they replaced our furnace. Everything was done professionally in time. Price was good as I purchased after doing some research which is important speacially when you are buying a heating appliance. I highly recommend this company

This company returned our inquiry so quickly to book an appointment for pricing on lennox furnace. Their sales adviser sean arrived in time and arranged the installation very next day as we were in hurry. For him I woud say that he is extremely professional, talented and very nice.
