Ontario Energy Board is clearly suffering from poor management, inefficiency, and disregard for the electricity users. Reforms are needed. Too much fat. High salaries and bonuses. Little in terms of service. They probably lost concept of service and work ethics long time ago.

Enbridge gas are a bunch of criminals. They trespassed through my locked gate to access the gas meter. The gate is locked for a reason, I have a pool, so I legally have to keep my gate locked. Enbridge gas took upon themselves to unlock the gate and then obviously could not lock the gate (they broke it) they didn't even close the gate. What if someone came in my backyard and drown in my pool, who's liable then? They broke the law and should be charged, if I did that to someone else's property I'd be charged, but because they are the gas company rules don't apply? Criminals.

Horrible customer service!!!! No accountability for employees or Supervisors--who didn't call me back despite being told they would within 2 business days of Aug.23, 2023----today is Sept. 5, 2023
I have spent aprx. 7-8 hours on changing account from previous tenant to my name, sent 3 faxes to 2 different fax#s, talked to 4 employees, called them myself to take responsibilty
for bill -----------Alectra employees are the same as Bell-a -profit company.

We complain about other countries like Russia and China---Alectras's employees can't even review faxes sent to them multiple times to a # they have acknowledged to have received my previous fax.
God help us all!!!!!!

Ontario Electricity Support wasted 4 months of credit with their errors on my application. Extremely disappointed while I am on a limited income. Not very helpful, when they can't really able to fix anything on their end when they have all the information. They cannot fix tiny error on their end, maybe their reason to save their money for themselves. Thief!!!!!!!! What is our government's support when we need the most? I felt my face slapped a few times.

Still waiting for a resolution against Enbridge gas utility... after 9 months. Complete failure. One manager goes on leave in December and all chaos breaks loose. Apathetic at best. Do they even have an oversight agency responsible for efficiency and competency?

I thank Liam, Advisor, Public Information Centre, Operations Decisions Support Division.

I had an issue with my power bill from Enbridge, they charged me way above my usage, when I spoke to Enbridge customer service people, they are kind of in denial of correcting it, so I reached out to OEB and he was able to understand my issue and helped me to get the fair bill. I couldn’t thank enough Liam.
