Paige and Doug (and team) were wonderful to work with. We found them to be very honest, hardworking, excellent communicators and very reasonably priced. The job was done while we were not at the residence and that went without a hitch. We really liked all the sub-contractors as well. The kitchen reno turned out Beautiful!! Overall a great experience, so glad we found them.

Can not recommend On a Mission. We hired Paige and Doug because they were recommended by our neighbors and we had seen the work they had done several years ago. Their work has obviously gone way down in quality. We hired them to install a tile floor, remove some cabinets, paint, move lighting and change ceiling fans. Very basic construction. The six-week project ended after 4 months of frustration and us asking them to leave our home and we would get someone else to finish the job. They broke our kitchen counter, removing 4 cabinets and would not claim it on their liability insurance and would only compensate a portion of what the actual cost was going to be - and they told us we had to buy a new sink, hire a plumber, etc which we would not have been needed if they would not have broken our countertop. Pictures are attached. Their painting job was horrible - they kept coming back to fix it - but they don't know how to do it properly and just kept slapping mud on the walls. They did no wall prep or sanding. Also the new tile floor they installed was covered with paint drops and we spent over an hour trying to clean it. We watched them try to fix the paint and they do not use drop cloths. Our crown molding and electrical outlets had paint all over them and when they came to fix the crown molding they only spot painted the areas so it doesn't match either. Very sloppy work. The only time we got a response from them was when we stopped payment on a check because they refused to call us after they promised they would. When asked about it, Doug said he didn't want to be yelled about the poor quality job. I am a business owner and hate giving bad reviews but after we have now been in our home for the last month and have seen all the things that need to be redone I don't want other people to have the same frustration. Paige and Doug over promise and underdeliver. They were a complete disappointment. Do your research.

We used On A Mission to install tile floors in our family room, two guestrooms and our primary bedroom. From initial meeting, to estimate and completion we could not be happier with the job that was done! Both Paige & Doug(owners) followed every step of the project and address any concerns we had in the beginning. All timelines were met as expected and the attention to detail by their installer was superior! They made our project a pleasure to bare, if that makes sense, as it was so easy to communicate with both of them. If I ever need any other work done, On A Mission Remodeling is who I would call and work with!!

On a Mission is a family owned and run operation. They are very experienced and know what they’re doing. My old wood ceiling needed to be spruced up. Upon closer inspection, they recommended a different approach, and the end product looks great. I appreciated their punctuality, thoroughness, attention to detail, and clean up after the job. I highly recommend their services!

We had our entire house retiled and our kitchen completely remodeled by these talented, professionals. From the day we met Doug and Paige, we knew we could trust them and they were good, honest business people. The project was seamless, as Paige is very knowledgeable about kitchen remodels and provided several options to choose from. She was able to point things out that I would never have realized while we planned. Doug is a hard working, professional contractor and we were beyond satisfied with the work every step of the way. These business owners are friendly, capable, reliable and honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bath or kitchen remodel. I am so happy in my new kitchen! GREAT business!!!

They remodeled our kitchen replacing old with new within a short amount of time. Paige was a pleasure to work with, had great suggestions, and always quick to reply. Pros: Cost for the total remodel was reasonable; everything was done in a timely manner; quick responses with an online portal; beautiful kitchen! Cons: We had some unexpected costs to our estimate but they worked with us to come to an agreement; under cabinets were left unfinished (maybe normal?) so we had to paint them; electrical work used shortcuts under sink and costs seemed high for amount of work that was done. Would be a 5-star if it wasn't for the electrical work. Overall: We love our new kitchen! It is beautiful, we receive a lot of compliments on it, and they both are a pleasure to work with!

I hired them to replace my bathroom, which they did. However, the workers were never on time and the work was fair. The issue we had with them was that we paid them to install our shower doors, but they never delivered nor installed them. We had to hire another contractor to order and install the doors. I tried and tried to talk to Paige, but she wouldn’t pick up my calls. This was about the time they got into trouble due to lack of licensure. Please do NOT pay them until the final work is done! Do your homework and check out all contractors!

We had a small job done. They got us the fair estimate when they said they would, arrived when scheduled and did a great job on our kitchen ceiling update. New lights and fan. Looks great and they cleaned up nicely after. Thanks for a great job.
