This happened few months ago, but every time when it comes to the time I have to return bottles, this pops up on my mind. I wish if there is an option to give a 0 or negative star.

There was a young guy there very impolite and super rude. He was having temper and emotions and kept dumping the bottles and cans harshly. I was looking at his monitor to correct his counting from 16 to 17. He was very angry with that and he changed the entry to 17 but then put a minus/deduct 1 from it. That means he didn’t want to admit his wrong calculations and passed his temper to his customer. I didn’t argue with him as there was a long queue behind me. Eventually he passed the money to me by banging them hardly and loudly on the table. I felt I was being insulted. I will not go there again.
Very disappointing and discouraging experience. I regret I did say to him “if you don’t like your job, just quit. Don’t ever do this to your customers “.

建議去的人可以帶口罩、一次性手套和不常用的袋子裝回收品
裡面有藍色的筐子用來分類（筐子滿髒的）分完之後旁邊有大垃圾袋可以丟髒的袋子，再拿著分好類的筐子去結帳就可以嘍
結完帳旁邊就有洗手台 可惜這裡的肥皂幾乎都是水😅基本上等於是用水沖啦 但沒關係回家再洗：）
這裡的員工都人很好～啊假如帶了不能回收的物品 後面也有垃圾袋可以直接丟（像我第一次去就帶了自以為可以回收的東西 通通不算錢哈）

We usually return our bottles here. But bring washable gloves as the carts and everything else is so grimy.
Someone left a pan there and the cashier shouted asking who left it there? He shouted behind my ear and It was so loud I felt like I was going through the airport security.

To tell to my young daughter, maybe I made a mistake in counting and it’s too late now this is the money what you take from me ,in my language it’s called stealing from the young kid. I will never recommend this place. This is so Disgusting to say such a thing to a little girl!!!! She was working hard to save this bottles and cans to make some pocket money. Simply shame yourself. If I could give you no stars, I was giving you no stars!!!!

I’m using Express every time. They have lost my recycle bottle bags 3 times already(total 5 bags).
I asked to one of the staff, staff said
“Another customer said same things,probably the sticker has gone,so you can’t get back your recycle money. You should put on 2 stickers for one bag next time”
so I put 2 stickers for each bag after that happened, but they have lost 2 my recycle bags again. I think they stole my many bottles and they are keeping the money. They are not professional and so rude.

Filthy trays with years old caked on sticky brown grime No soap at hand washing station. When I asked they said no soap. Had to ask again and he brought out liquid soap and put some in my hand.

As long as they're all wearing masks to be extra safe along with an award plaque on top of the filthy hand washing station with hand washing tap partially ripped out of wall. I guess the germs on the filthy trays keep everyone safe and it would not be carbon neutral to ever wash them.

It is not the first time for this shop to calculate less the returns of cans, bottles for the customers. It happened again today, less calculated one try for a customer. No more business for this shop in the future
