Their office staff and drivers are always a pleasure to deal with. We couldn't ask for a better bin company and will continue to use them. I currently have two locations with this company and am significantly dissatisfied with their services. Regularly, our pickups are missed, and they will bind you to lengthy contracts of five years with an automatic renewal for another five years (if you don't catch it). Additionally, they impose multiple surcharges, including a fuel surcharge that seems to have been in effect for nearly two year now (so much for temporary). A critical issue for me is their expectation for customers to report missed pickups instead of proactively rescheduling them. Moreover, their pricing is approximately 20-30% higher than their competitors, without offering any superior service to justify the increased costs. I plan to terminate my contract as soon as possible and will not consider partnering with this company for future locations.

We’ve been using NSD at our restaurant Tocador for about a year and I only have good things to say , when the rare issue does come up they deal with it so well.

We used waste connections in the past who screwed us every chance they got so it’s so refreshing to have a company with such nice customer service. Isabelle is our territory manager and she is such a delight , she was here just yesterday dealing with a small issue and even grabbed a broom and went and cleaned up in the alleyway herself , truly going above and beyond, I wish she worked in our team haha!

June is our Territory manager. Since we get the service from NSD, his customer service is exemplary. June has helped us with setting up a new account with NSD and have been very happy with the services. He is very professional and has great communication skills. He is very good with follow ups helping us resolve any issues we have via phone call, SMS and/or email. Because of this, NSD disposal is highly recommended.
