Awful experience with this company. Bad communication from support, energy auditor arriving over an hour late to a scheduled appointment, not delivering the energy audit report on time… unacceptable.

Very very very Bad experience! The auditor was nice.Report was done on July 6,2023.But they submitted it to Enbridge on November 27,2023! I called NRGwise customer service more than 3 times and they said the case was still processing. Actually they were lying because they had not submitted it ! They just wasted my time and they did it badly to their customers on purpose! I found out that some people have the same situation like me！ The department never picked up the phone, holding all the time! Don’t choose NRGwise anymore! Very disappointed. I will get my rebate check until May 2024! I just found out the result today by calling the Enbridge!

I rarely post negative reviews. And when I do, I lump the good with the bad. I will do the same here. I found NRGWise from the Enbridge site as one of the companies to use for the energy audit which is required for the HER+ rebate. It was first on the list so I just scheduled it.

The good: the actual auditing experience was good (I had Kevin). I had no complaints. He was on time, responsive and friendly. Very informative

The bad: the good was completely eclipsed by the back office because none of this matters if I don't get the rebate. The audit was done in August, I was told the application was submitted so I assumed I just had to wait 20-24 weeks for the cheque. Come end of November I wanted to check with NRGWise the status of the application and found out there were errors and it was NEVER submitted. There has been no communication about this and nothing would have been done had I not reached out. Once I thought I had this sorted out, the back office verified everything was submitted fine. About one week later, NRGWise reached out to me that there was another error in the submission and I needed to upload the invoice of the installation, which I gave the auditor back in August. This is unacceptable especially with 2 mistakes and now my rebate will come 3-4 months later than originally planned.

While doing some renovations on our house, it was recommended to us that we contact, NRGwise. We were given advisor Frank Faroni’s name by another customer who had a wonderful experience with Frank at NRGwise.
In meeting Frank at our first consultation, we knew he had the experience with the upgrades that we were considering. Frank throughly explained what we could expect from the audit, and how we would best benefit from the upgrades we were doing. He made it easy for us to understand and made sure we had a grasp on the concepts of energy efficiency and savings.
Both sessions of the audit were easy to understand because of Frank.
I recommend him to anyone contemplating an upgrade of heating equipment, windows, doors or insulation!
We had a great experience with Frank Faroni of NRGwise!
It is well worth the time to have an audit, and we thank Frank for making our experience easy to navigate!

Terrible experience. I was told 4-5 months to get my rebate cheque. Coming up a year now, as they forgot to submit my audit info to Enbridge twice. Use a different company
