It was a wonderful experience having Nova Renewables in charge of our solar install. Both David and Darshan were excellent with communicating and organizing all of the work. The system has been exactly as advertised, we are super glad that we took the leap with Nova.

It would be my honest opinion that going with this company will be the simplest decision out of most choices available. 1. They handled the permit/microgen agreements and coordinated all inspections, so my only responsibilities were singing and scheduling which days were available. 2. The install was done over the course of a single day so there was no unfinished work and need to schedule additional days.

I had a great experience with Nova installing a 10.8 kW system. Used 24 450 W LONGI LR7-54HGBB-450M panels with 12 768 W AP Systems DS3 micro inverters. 1 inverter is a little smaller than 2 panels so my max production actually is 9.2 kW. Sized to 80% of my annual usage. Nova helped with govt. loan program, getting 3rd party inspection, getting city inspection, using the AP app to monitor production. Electrical and panel labor did a good job and the staff was responsive to handle my issues. My concerns about roof leaks was alleviated when I saw they use special (under the shingle) mounting brackets with caulking. It as good as it gets. Had to take some time off work for installation and inspections. Had a good post installation meeting to address any concerns and get me setup with CO2 credits, selecting new elec. provider and complete of the govt. loan. Overall I am happy and would recommend Nova again.

These people were absolutely amazing with every step with our solar panels install.
My fear of the government Green Energy loan application not being filled out properly was taken away when Jade, their computer expert, guided me through the process.
The electrician who changed our electrical panel did a great job and neatly installed the wiring to the panels.
The guys doing the installation of the panels on our roof were meticulous with their work.
The work was completed in one day!
Dave, who kept in contact with me, explained in great detail all the next steps through the whole process and was always available if I had any questions or issues.

Nova Renewables installed rooftop solar for me in May 2025, and I'm very happy with the results. The whole process was seamless, well planned out and executed well. Our project manager did a fantastic job of letting us know what to expect, outlining the project timeline, setting us up for the Canada Greener Homes Loan application and answering all of my questions.

The installers were fast and efficient, the quality of work is top notch. We had 28 panels up in a day and the electrical done the next afternoon. The wiring is clean and professional, the crew was polite and courteous - just fantastic all around 👍
