Honestly the most bizarre service. Single handing a large boat. After tying up by myself I look up at a guy watching me and ask if he works there. He says “yeah, pump one”. Can I get a hand? “Do you want a hand?” Yes, I want hand.

A guy finally comes down to hand me the pump. $3,400 in diesel. No one to be seen when I shoved off. Simply the worst fueling experience I have ever had on the west coast. If you can wait, Port McNeil is better priced and far better service.

Couldn't fill our diesel car at the Price Rupert location. The nozzle seems suited for pickups only. We don't have this issue at the Terrace cardlock.

Nobody available to fuel, equipment non-functional. Very disappointing. Unable to pyrc4hase 500 gallons of needed diesel fuel for boat and they were too lazy to send anybody.
