Usually the staff is great there but today there was one employee at the front desk that was extremely rude.
I'm from in town but my father is not. We went to drop off a few garbage bags off (absolutely nobody else there) and he missed the stop sign pulling in but stopped at the scale.. this must've really bothered the young girl at the front desk. She began to tell us how she couldn't see us and gave us direction what to do when pulling in (in a short and condescending manner). We obliged and proceeded to the scale and to dump the garbage. On the way out there was a machine working by the stop sign to exit before the scale so we pulled past them to stay out of their way and into where the front desk could see us waiting. We got the green light and got onto the scale to be greeted by.. let's just say the most unpleasant person I've encountered in some time. If you don't like your job then quit.. but don't think you can be pissy and talk down to people just because you're having a bad day.

This place is going to shit with the people they hired glasses is glass its recycling not garbage idk why they have staff if you have to sort everything for them and then them still argue with you even though you work recycling full time learn your stuff

Terrible business, no notice on the google listing that it is for locals only. called them 7 times to get confirmation and not one call was picked up. Wasted an hour of my weekend and half a tank of my trucks gas just to turn around on arrival. waste of time. terrible company that doesnt want to make money.

Great staff, very helpful. And a nice facility. But good God, get a second scale. It is pathetic, even Bewdley has two scales. Sitting here for over an hour is not acceptable. And it is insane everyone is just ok with it.

There was a bit of a wait, especially if you go early in the morning, but it goes pretty fast. Every container is well labeled for each item. Thank you to all of you at the Northumberland Landfill for all your hard work at keeping our County clean and safe. The Earth 🌎 and all its inhabitants 🌹🌻🌳🦢🐬🐋🐼 thank you for keeping our carbon footprints 👣 🐾 at a minimum. 😊 God bless. 🙏

Just trying to get rid of used motor oil from doing oil changes at home. Hazardous waste is free to get rid of. You must weigh in and weigh out? Ridiculous!!!!! was there 30 mins just to get in. No wonder there is so much garbage everywhere and people dumping hazardous materials. They make is so difficult for people to get rid of. Smart thing would have a separate line or area for quick drop off. Way to go northumberland!!!!!!!
