Usually a line up but they work quickly and things always move along smoothly.

Make sure you watch the count very carefully. They did an inaccurate count and when confronted about it, they threw my friends out instead of trying to remedy.

The staff are on the ball. They process the returnables efficiently and are polite and well mannered. However I will recommend a ticketing system as there was some confusion as to "who's next". I overheard some people that were waiting (it was busy) talking about how it would be a good idea to have a system where when you get there you could pull a number tag and wait for your number to be called. I agree with them. Overall however this site is well run with good staff who make continual efforts to keep the place tidy while they are doing their jobs.

I stopped by the Northside Redemption Center around 2:30 in the afternoon on a very snowy Tuesday to drop off old computers. I noticed a young man walking out of the building while I was parking and by the time I got out of my truck, he was standing next to the door waiting to assist me. He then took both boxes and thanked me and I was back on my way. I have never had such incredible service anywhere. I think he would have let me stay in the truck so as to not get wet if I would have asked. This young gentleman was kind, smiled and was efficient. His mother would have been proud of his manners and work ethic. I only wish I would have gotten his name so that I could have thanked him personally. Merry Christmas to the staff at the NRC.

I am surprised they all still hear after doing their job. Nice guys, super interesting sorting machine and a good deal on bottle and can prices.

It was really slow on May 18 2022,
They only had one machine working the other one was broke down plus staff shortage. But they did there best and got everyone done they best way they could.
