Zero Stars. Absolutly worst service in GP. I swear to everyone to go anywhere else in GP or you’ll regret it. If you want to waste money then go here. I’ve been dealing with them for a year the problem still isn’t fix and trying to talk to anyone is a nightmare. The only time you get a response from anyone is when you ask about the bill.
Need new management.

Northgate came to the rescue when we had a large light bulb explode in the back room of Sole Addiction. The super-friendly electrician ended up having to replace an ancient light fixture and offered to change a few lightbulbs just because he was there with a really tall ladder:).

Couldn't imagine better service, thank you so much!

Cam McNally helped me with the most unique electrical problem. Turns out atco had a faulty line to my house which caused big problems with limited power then 4 of my major appliances to stop working due to a burnt transformer and circuit board. Cam was there determining the problem from the get go and also helped get my furnace and hot water on demand working by tracking down parts. Thanks to cams dedication my hot water was only out over the weekend then he saved the day Monday for me. I really appreciated how he took time to educate me on this issue I had no idea about and went above and beyond to help out. And sympathetic towards my situation as well!! Awesome job cam 🙂
