Our AC unit recently failed in our RV. We called Northern Energy Systems, as they were the closest company to our camp and had great reviews. We were very impressed with how responsive they were and how they prioritized our work, as we were in the middle of a heat wave. Tim and his team were very good to work with our warranty company and provide them the details they required. His technicians are very knowledgeable and respectful, and they installed the new unit quickly and efficiently. Tim is very honest and fair and only charged for actual hours. The final bill came in lower than originally quoted. Dealing with Northern Energy Systems was a great experience from beginning to end. We highly recommend them.

Tim rescued us when we had a major issue with our gas fireplace. Since we had not purchased it from Northern Energy Tim was under no obligation to step up and fix our problem, but he chose to help us out. We have since had Northern Energy service our radiant floor heating, and our on-demand hot water, only to find that the company we had previously employed was only doing part of the regular required maintenance. I cannot say enough positive things about people at Northern Energy. Thanks to Tim, Carol, Spenser, Paul and Robert for their excellent work!

Leaving a review so that anyone who does not personally know the folks at Northern Energy can rest assure that you are in good hands. We are brand new to the area and have no friend. We don't even know our neighbours as yet .We needed a new furnace installed and I chose to call someone locally. Tim came over looked at the space and provided us with a quote. We booked the duct cleaning service as well so that we can ensure that the air circulating would be nice and clean. Once the work began the guys doing the cleaning and installation notice that our vents were not connected properly and we need more vents installed so that the space can be heating properly. This meant more money so I was freaking out but Tim was very fair and did his best to ensure that our heating problem was fixed and we did not get into a situation that we could not handled. Rob, Paul and Spenser came to install the equipment and there were friendly and respectful and even cleanup the mess that was made.We are very happy that we called Northern Energy. We might be the newbie but they took care of us like we are family. Carol in the office is amazing as well. I called her all the time when I needed info. When you chose Northern Energy know that you are in good hands.

In the past ten years I have had four new furnace installations in my business. I have found Tim, the owner of Northern Energy Systems to be a very genuine, respectable and approachable person. As well I have had annual furnace maintenance and repairs done and I have found their work to be very efficient, professional and always completed in a timely fashion. The Municipality of Mattawan needed an HVAC system installed in the municipal hall. Within 24 hours of me calling, Tim had come out to the office, explained to me what would be installed, how it would work, and how much it would cost, and within those 24 hours, I had a written quote in my hand. The gentlemen arrived within two days of me authorizing the work, and began the installation. They were very courteous and if something needed to be explained to us, they explained the operations and answered all of our questions. Their work was very professional and clean - in fact the basement was cleaner after they did the work than it was in the first place! When I received the bill, it was exactly the amount I was quoted. We always receive excellent service from this company!
