I understand holiday hours may change the close time. but come on fix your online info. Says it's open be open if it's closed put closed. Even if you close earlier on holidays. I just loaded a truck and waisted gad because it said open

Fantastic staff and very well organized. The only thing I suggest when the line ups are long is to have an attendant walk down the line and pick out the vehicles that only have recycling. These vehicles should just drive through and go straight to that bin. They do not need to take up time and do not have to go on the scale.

I’d give zero stars because the local transfer station is now closed Saturdays, rendering it useless to the working class. This is a local government run facility which is meant for the safe and appropriate disposal of household and other waste, yet it’s not open to the average working household.

The workers are physically distanced from the public so I’m not sure what closing on Saturday accomplishes.

Another lame excuse!

Excellent and very well organized with a friendly staff. Get there early though and avoid the line up . I was 30 cars back and only waited 15 minutes .

Today April 15 @11am service was terrible the person who was at the scales was very rude I went in the back door to ask a question about yard waste as the line up was all the way to and on to golflink road .because I stopped in he said exactly that because you came in to ask a question yes you have to line up then in a loud voice he said where are you parked oh what evey just go through you already caused me to have another line up.
All the other times I have been there it has been fantastic I even know some of the employees by name
Hopefully this person gets a talking to.if he Is going to be like that maybe he shouldn't be working with the public
Thanks Midland tax payer

Had to wait 5 minutes in queue but after that everything went very smoothly. I dispossed all the card board boxes and came out within 5 mins. No charges at all for recycling materials.

The staff are great and the area is kept clean. My complaint is the ridiculous price of $75 per ton on brush. This has always been free . As it should be free.
