Called Nissen Propane to move a propane line which they did, a couple weeks later we had a leaking regulator so we called them back to repair it. They sent out a different repair tech who repaired the leaking regulator but for some reason bent the propane line away from the house back to the original position we had them move it from the first time. So he essentially undid everything we previously paid for. When we realized what had been done we called them back and asked them to repair the work we already paid for, time had lapsed but the purpose of the original call and moving the propane line was to grade the foundation and when we began to work on the foundation we realized the position they placed the tank was never going to work and that’s the position we originally had them change so we could complete the work. I waited all day for them to arrive and had an appointment myself I had to get to so I called at 3:00 in the afternoon, left a message and said I have to reschedule the appointment please call me back. They never called back instead he showed up when no one was there, called someone else in the household who didn't know exactly what was going rather than myself and then proceeded to once again install the tank in the wrong position and without the ability for us to lift it when we grade the foundation. This company is poorly managed and we are stuck paying them for the same service twice and now I am calling another propane company to come in and fix their mistakes. So we are essentially paying for this small, simple job three times. Unless you enjoy paying for their mistakes, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

We have used Nissen Propane for years. We recently had a problem with our propane fireplace not starting and called them to come out to fix it. I made the appointment easily through Facebook message. Ben (like his father) is personable and efficient. He took his shoes off at the door, brought his own vacuum to clean up and had the fireplace working in no time at all. They are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this family run business. They are a pleasure to deal with.

I just had my propane fireplace serviced with Nissen propane.I can't say enough good things about the quality of service I received: he was punctual, respectful, answered every question I had (knowledgable) and made sure to keep the area clean and not to cause any damage. I would recommend Nissen propane to anyone.

We highly recommend Nissan Propane Service. We have a 2 sided propane fireplace that stopped lighting. The unit is about18 years old and is not a name with which most are familiar. Our Technician Shaman, who was an absolute pleasure to work with, was able to trouble shoot and find the fix. He also cleaned the unit while he was here. At a time (after hurricane Fiona) where companies like this are going full tilt, they fit us in and got our fireplace back up and running! They will for sure be our go to for our propane service needs moving forward!

These guys were thorough, made several trips to my house to diagnose the problem with my propane pool heater. When all other avenues failed to clear the problem, it turned out to be the circuit board which was replaced. Thanks Ben for your perseverance.
