Over the years i have gotten to know the owner and all his staff. The staff are friendly very helpful and knowledgeable. Josh the owner has all your needs at next home hardware. If he doesn't he will do his best to get it in for you...friendly atmosphere...best lil home and garden store in Fort Macleod. This store has something for everyone. If your having a bad day the turn your frown upside down...It feels like family when you walk in the door.

Nothing better than small town hardware stores. They have it all plus the friendly smile from the workers that you just don't seem to get in cities anymore. Fort Macleod is lucky to have places like this around still, a reminder of the good ol' days when you walked with head up and talked to people.... Need to get back to this practice, so much negatively in today's world.

Always have had good service, but they could really improve their phone etiquette. Choose wording wisely and tone. Felt like I was being bothersome by being asked "yes, why?" in an abrupt tone. Better phrases would have been "yes, how can we help you?" "yes, is there something we can do?" soured my experience with them and I did call back to let them know I would be writing a negative review and she became a little argumentative. Will not be shopping there.

A nice little store on Main street. Lots of great parking. Staff was friendly. A pretty good selection of home and garden products. The prices all seemed very high.

nice staff, but customers do not follow covid guidelines. no one wears masks or sanitized their hands. staff wear plastic spit masks not n95 or medical masks.
