Great experience! Excellent friendly customer service. Booked Thursday, delivered Friday. I called the office to clarify something specific- items we weren't sure we could throw away in a mixed -use bin, and they were happy to help- very knowledgeable. Rent A Bin's price includes a little more allowable weight than some of their competitors- we appreciated the ultimate savings. Good to know too that any overweight charges are pro- rated. Bin delivery and pickup was fast and efficient, and the bin was placed exactly where we wanted it to go, and set on boards to save the driveway from damage..Would not hesitate to use them again AND as a side note our bin was the nicest looking one ( light green and clean) I've seen in the neighbourhood! Size was perfect for our needs - 20cu ft.We filled it and were within the included allowable weight..great Canadian company to deal with!

Completely recommend this service. I've tried three different bin/dumpster rental companies in the past year, and I would only recommend Need-A-Bin. Booking, the actual drop-off and pickup, everything about them is accessible and easy. Other places were hard to get what I needed on my timeline, and then grossly overcharged. Need-A-Bin has been quick, easy, helpful, and more than reasonable in pricing. Used them twice in three months, and will definitely use them next time I need a bin.

I had a great experience with Need a Bin! The staff is very friendly and professional. They answered all of my questions and I find their website to be very helpful. Very helpful staff and easy to arrange for a bin. The person dropping off the bin took the time to make sure the bin was where we wanted it and at the beginning of the selected time window. Scheduling the pick up was easy and completed as expected. Will use this company again for our next reno/cleanup.

First, I wanna talk about the good part. I ordered a 20 Yard Bin (Includes 2.5 Ton) and it was huge. I did a complete kitchen reno, I got a lot of drywall, wood studs, floor tiles, mortar bed with mesh, backsplash, granite countertop and kitchen cabinets, amazingly I didn't even fill up half of the bin. The driver came around noon on the delivery date and picked up a week later, it was very smooth. The metal bin was in very good condition and the price was decent. However, the only complain was the "driveway protection" material they used in the front on bin, it failed. It seems they were using some kind of Composite or PVC materials (similar to deck boards), it's a very bad idea, it transferred all the load onto my driveway and made a depression. The dent was bad enough it was holding water when it rained. But for serious home improvement people, you should know how to fix your asphalt driveway and you should own a gas plate compactor like I do. For those who don't, good luck to you. Maybe yours is fine if your driveway is paving stone with proper 12" crusher run base, good luck to those having HPB. Now, the back of the bin was fine, zero damage to the driveway on that end. Because the metal roller distributed the weight and also, it was on top of the slope of the driveway. My suggestion, they need to use stronger and harder material for driveway protection, perhaps needs to be thicker with larger surface area for weight distribution. Otherwise I have to go back to my favorite alternative Bagster (guarantee zero damage to driveway) for my next reno project.

The experience with the staff and drives were simply perfect. The booking agent was very polite and knowledgeable about the service. The driver that dropped off the Bin was very gentle with the placement of the Bin on the Driveway and also made sure to protect the Driveway from any damage that might happen from the weight of the Bin. All in all, I was very satisfied with the service from start to finish. I will recommend and use the service again if needed. GREAT JOB!!!!
