This must be the worst Nedco I have ever been to. The staff was very condescending, and they don't seem to stock a basic staple of electrical work.

I asked for a specific wire splicing product, which I have purchased at a Nedco before and the sales rep seemed baffled. When I asked for a different splicing product, he tried to find out from a colleague but apparently they just sold the last box (lucky me). When I asked for yet another splicing product, he actually laughed. When I asked, "do you carry any products for splicing?" He responded, just butt splices, and fork & ring terminals.

Then I asked why it was the most poorly stocked store Ive ever been to, he said "maybe cause we are the smallest store, just a pickup location of downtown". Uhnnm what?

This guys either has no idea about this stuff and shouldn't be operating the sales desk, or they genuinely don't stock those items in which case he probably should have provided the simple courtesy of giving me some clues on a better store.

Giving this store a big no-go. Nedco is OK normally, but this dude either hates his job or his job hates him!

Excellent top notch service everytime I attend. Especially from the older heavy set gentleman who sits infront of the computer. My go to store for anything electrical.
