Certainly won’t win any personality awards, seems to be the same front desk person that people have complained about over many years. This individual has a problem and needs counselling. As a customer I don’t expect to receive a lecture on how I should make an inquiry.

my Nedco experience has been amazing since day one. Branch manager, Tim has been very helpful, making sure I was well taken care of. His front counter staff have been amazing and friendly. In case you do not know, Nedco offers 24 hours access outdoor lockers for your orders! I tried it myself recently and love how easy it is to get setup and access the lockers.

Another review about the snarky customer service. First time to this store. Walk in only one guy in the room sitting at a computer at front counter. Doesn’t even look up or acknowledge me say hi or just a moment nothing, it was awkward . Another guy with a bear walks out. I start to ask for what I need and before I can say the specifics he’s all “what is it this or that?” Kinda just assumes I’m not an electrician and I don’t know what I’m asking for so after being cut off I finish my spec list. Anyway, not helpful and rude. I won’t be back. I give one star because they had what I needed in inventory. But not interested in dealing with these people to get to it.

I am new to this store (referred by Home Depot) and this is what my experience with the salespersons in the store.
1. You had better be an expert or at least quite knowledgeable on electrical stuff, otherwise, they won't help you at all (especially the salesperson with gold beard). be prepared run few times to get what you need.
2. For none account customers, there is no refund.

Some of the worse customer service I've ever experienced. 3 guys at the counter all talking about baseball waited patiently to be acknowledged, finally asked if I could get some service and was told there was no need to be rude and interrupt. Asked to see the manager and lo' and behold he was the ring leader of the discussion. He then proceeded to pretend he didn't understand what I was asking for (rigid steel clamps, strain relief, and tywrap sticky backs)

Stopped in today and let me tell you. This guy Kevin Berner must really dislike his job. Probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I usually buy all my electrical stuff here, will find another source.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE.!!!!!! Nedco has lost so many great employess due to the current management and constant staff turnover ( Thats a sign of bad management ) I wonder if the Rexel stock holders know how poorly run this arm of their holdings are run and how they treat their customers. Don't buy stock in this gong show. Sad way to see the company go. Take your business elsewhere. You will be glad you did.

Terrible costumer service. The people behind the counter cant be bothered to answer simple questions.

Ask anything and they shrug their shoulders and say ask an "electrician". I had simple questions if the parts matched. They ended up giving me the wrong parts which costed me a whole lot of time and bunch more money to get the right part.

Dont open a sales counter when you cant provide the customer service.
