UPDATE: They refuse to update the public and my household has no heat, no power, NOTHING. I can't feed myself or stay warm and the will not give ANY updates to when this crisis is over. I called during a weather emergency to report faulty power only to be told by an ignorant intern that I was overdramatic and that there was no issue and nothing they could do. Now our power has been out ALL DAY with no crew or update. Genuinely an EMBARRASSMENT to the province that these people manage our vital grid system. I may as well of spoken to a child for help on the phone. Absolute JOKES this company is. Thanks for leaving us to freeze in the dark after all we pay. Leave it to government agencies to do everything BUT their jobs. I'm ashamed to be a resident of this province.

This place is terrible and there kit is out of date. I swear a gust of wind will go by i will lose my power. A snow flake will drop and i lose my power. On the nicest days where its sunny and no wind, i still lose power. If you can avoid them, dont use them for anything.

Been having the NB Power guys here many times since beginning the Solar conversion process. Just regular process things. And no matter what, from ensuring my wife can set up the generator to moving a switch. Every time we were left informed and comfortable.

I love having electricity, and if you look around, New Brunswick has some of the lowest rates in North America. I'm not sure what else to say. The line workers are very quick to restore power when there is an outage. Thank you NB Power.
