Friendly service, the person i dealt with was knowledgeable and had what I needed

I recently ordered an ignition coil for an old garden tractor I have at the house. When it finally arrived about a month later. It took me about another 2 weeks to try and put it on the tractor. It turned out the part was defective and the post sheared off at the base. I returned the product to the store and was told I would have to wait for a response from the manufacturer as to whether it would be replaced. Now, almost 3 months into the matter, I get a call from the store saying that the product won’t be warranted and I would not be getting a refund or exchange. So now I’m out $320 and all they offered to do about it was to give me back the defective part so I could try to fix it myself. Considering this has been my go to store for all my needs since moving to Vegreville, this has been a very disappointing experience. Seems I may have to take my business elsewhere in the future. I’ll be sure to warn my associates and friends just how well they provide quality parts and how much customer satisfaction actually means to them. Perhaps it will be better to shop online for my needs from here out.

I placed an order for a thermostat on Tuesday, Jan 14/20 and was told the item would be shipped from Vancouver and arrive on Friday, Jan 17/20. I called today (Friday) to see if the part had arrived, only to be told the item was not ordered! Here it is, minus 35 degree weather and the local parts store cannot do what they agreed to do. Will not be shopping there moving forward. Hello AMAZON!

I went on a Saturday afternoon and there was only one worker on. Which made it hard to get everything done. With that being said that makes a clerk overwhelmed by time they get threw all customers
