Naomi is wonderful! She is easy to talk to and she has helped me quit smoking! I have been an off and on smoker for 30plus years and have stopped for long periods of time(6 years being the longest for quitting) I have used pills/patches/vapes in the past and it never really stuck. This time with Naomi ‘s help I quit cold turkey (I didn’t want to use anything this go around) She gave me a few tools and taught me some Tapping and Wow!! I can’t believe it myself but it’s true! Cold turkey with no cravings my body responded to her tools amazingly, my partner didn’t quit with me and it has not hindered me at all!!!! Thank you Naomi! This will stick, I feel fantastic and blown away with my progress!!
