You can't find friendlier, more helpful folks to help you find stuff at the reclaim (recovery) centre. There are amazing, quality bargains there too. Shop here first before buying new. I replaced my old cracked pedestal sink with something way nicer and with beautiful expensive hardware! Keep things that would otherwise go into the landfill. And that's just great for the planet too.

The staff are very cheerful and helpful and I was pleased that I was provided assistance in carrying a heavy item to the bin and was immediately provided directions to the tree branch drop off area by another smiling employee. The Reception area staff also cheery and efficient.

I arrived late in the afternoon, therefore did not have enough time to get through everything. The place seems huge. I shopped through the 1st building. The prices are great and I found some good deals. I ran out of time but will be returning soon to check out the rest of the place. The lady at the cash was very helpful, easy to talk to and fun to joke around with. If you enjoy finding 2nd hand deals, check this place out!!!

This place rocks. Albeit, prices are creeping up just a little bit but some of the guys there are super realistic when dealing with you. Yes Mr. Chelsea, I mean you! You are the shining star.
