I tried to get this picture in the survey but I couldn’t so I’m doing it this way
The service is good but the schedule we have isn’t correct. Our pick up is on the alternate weeks. The attached picture shows that the rod holding the lids is not through the centre bracket. It causes the bar to flip to the inside of the bracket when the bin is emptied. This causes the lids to flare out and prevents us from putting the lock bar in position. This needs to be fixed.

MTM Waste Solutions is our Strata's monthly garbage and recycle company. We have been with them for just shy of one year and have been and continue to be extremely happy. Their driver's are prompt, courteous as is the office staff whenever we have had a question. We are very pleased with this company and do recommend them.
