Needed a bin for mostly roofing debris when repairing buildings from hail storm. Approx 4 tons worth. Small town about an hour from Moose Jaw. Mr Bin quoted the lowest price. Robs communication was excellent. Had bin for almost a month. When bin was picked up there were no extra hidden charges. In fact it cost a bit less than I thought it would. Highly recommended.

Rented a bin for a week. It was at the house early and picked up as soon as we were finished so it was out of our way and we could continue working. Fantastic service and a pleasure to do business with. Very reasonable prices.

The person I dealt with each time I called was Rob Villeneuve, the owner. He answered his phone and emails promptly each time, within minutes for emails. His rates were very reasonable, he was incredibly honest (example: his system charged me an extra $80 due to a missed keystroke. He called me up to tell me so, and deducted it from the total). He dumped the Bin within an hour of each request, and left a fresh bin immediately. Knowing the large job we were attempting to accomplish, he even waived a couple of fees just to make the process less expensive for us, and never charged more than the junkyard fees for the loads. Not only that, but he was really pleasant, as was his driver. Highly recommend this business!!

To say this was a great experience is a huge understatement. Rob was absolutely great to deal with, I got the bin right on time, was delivered with shocking precision on our one car driveway, the bin was easy to load, was prompt to pick up and gave a great itemized bill that included our credit card receipt and landfill invoice. If you're on the fence about getting one, get it because you won't be disappointed.

Rented bin for 5 days. Bin dropped off at house Monday.Texted him we'd be done by noon Friday, plse pick bin up Friday afternoon.He texted back we had bin until Saturday. Saturday bin not picked up. Sunday not picked up. Monday not picked up so texted him 2:30 pm Monday to pick it up.He picked it up Tuesday and billed us for 3 extra days: Sun, Mon,Tues. He did Not refund the 3 days charges even though we did Not ask to keep bin 3 extra days and had texts to prove it. Royal Bank refunded us the unauthorized charges on our credit card.

Regarding your response, below, as I pointed out to you already since After I posted the review and you deciding Then to text me: I couldn't answer the phone as I look after my elderly mom. That is why I have voicemail. You Could have left a voicemail with your explanation of why you charged for 3 extra days -you didn't and still haven't btw--and why you couldn't reverse the charges. You could have replied to my Email with the same information OR you could have Texted me the information, as we had been communicating via text during the week.

I have Asked you to Stop Contacting Me since - After posting this review- you continue making all sorts of attempts to do so, when before you did Not. I have asked you to please Stop. Yet you continue to text and call to the point of harrassment so I had to Block you.

The bank saw my Email and my texts to you and agreed the charges were Not Warranted. They offered to put me through to VISA but said VISA would refund the TOTAL bill not just the 3 days and you wouldn't have received payment for the week I rented the bin for. Since I'm not an ahole, and Wanted you to be paid for your legitimate services, I said No, so the bank refunded me the charges for 3 days which were Not authorized nor requested by me.

I have already responded to you -- more than once--since posting the review, yet you persist! As you know, you Cannot refund my credit card because the bank already did.

I am tired of repeating myself. Please Stop Harrassing Me. Leave Me Alone.

Very kind and responsive. Was able to get a bin right away. He was great and placed the bin in a tight spot that made loading a lot easier.

Was able to fit my kitchen and dining area that I tore out lath and plaster from the walls and ceiling, cupboards, a wall, and random garbage.

So glad I didn’t have to UNLOAD that plaster huge back and time saver.
