Have been here many times, but this last trip, we felt ripped off. Both my partner and I agreed that our return seemed low for the amount of bottles brought in…. I will be counting/labelling my bottle bags going forward…

Customers need to count their recycling products before dropping them off or they will steal from you, Nathalie is one of the worst, she stole from my food bank donations 3 times so far.

Most of the staff here are younger people but they all have great attitudes , they are accurate and fair and in my opinion I feel you get what is owed to you. I have unfortunately been to places where I am positive they miscounted.

The employees sorting my bottles were great, however the older supervisor was an absolute joke. There's no signage to indicate where to park and he was trying to direct people rudely to the point where people almost backed into one another. I had never been to this bottle depot and instead of a friendly welcome and please park over here it was an "you're in the wrong spot! Did someone tell you to park there! Move!". I almost left due to the awful customer service. Those sorting were friendly and nice , only reason I gave them 2 stars. 1 star per sorter. I'd recommend st albert if you want a nicer experience from a bottle depot. So disappointed in regards to this morinville location.

Seemed really slow and I found it odd they wanted me to open the bags for them. And good thing they have a 2nd entrance cuz the first was blocked by a semi truck
