This location only pays $.05/can instead of the $.10/can stated on the return it website.

This place is a rip-off especially during these times when for most, every penny counts.

Do better Return-it Mission....

So it started awhile back I noticed they missed a count so I didn't say anything because oh well. Then today I saw they did it again so I meticulous brought a cart over with the exact same cans with 28 in each crate (they were slim cans) and counted 21 crates I brought up. I did the math 4 times over. Told him what I brought up and then he proceeded to rip me off 3 crates and when I asked him about it he said "don't tell me I'm wrong you are wrong" so I did the math in front of him whilst the whole time he just pointed to what HE counted never even listened to a word i said even thought i was willing to show him exactly how i stacks my crates on the cart. I asked to see the tapes. He just walked away and called me an idiot. Never saw that 18 bucks and a bit cents. Never will go back. Unprofessional to the highest degree. I hope they get new management.

This placed is absolutely dishonest! Every time I count and label ( just to prove my point), and I’m short $22 out of $86 worth of returns. We shouldn’t have to “make a log book for empires but if you go here ( you have to)! This is total corruption

Too many people here keep complaining about their closing time. Just because “Google” or the Internet says the time does not make it right. Goes along with all the Internet lawyers out there. Go to the company website for real answers

This place sucks… not only do they take 3 cents off of the beer cans but they apparently close at 5 and just tried to kick me off the premises even though my girlfriend and son were already sorting bottles. Then when my girlfriend tried to ask why they were saying there closing at 5 when on here it says 5:30 and the owner started yelling at her. We definitely will not be coming back here I will drive to Abbotsford from now on to do all my bottles

The man at the till was screaming over who was parked in the striped emergency zone. I told him I was and he screamed and swore at me continously. Yes I had 2 wheels on the stripes and explained all parking spots were full. He continued to literally SCREAM at me and I fully expected him to punch me right there. Each time I tried to explain parking was over full he just screamed more.
This is the second time he's provoked me. First time a year ago when I parked in the handicapped he creamed at me. I said I have the required handicap parking and it's hanging on my mirror. He just called me a liar and said theres nothing wrong with you. I am a heart patient I told him with a defibrillator in my chest and again told me I'm a liar and to leave.
This business is ultra filthy inside and if you watch closely you will be ripped off. I'll continue to post this review on every social media available.

Both times I have left bottles at their express drop off I have been shorted and low balled on what I estimated my count to be. Twice I have dropped off 6 bags and twice only 4 of them have been counted.

I drop off the same sized bags at the Maple Ridge location and get more per bag everytime.

They also do not pay the full 10 cents. Complete scam and rip off, not sure how they are aloud to operate with such poor standards. Avoid at all costs and take your cans to a different location.
