One of the most PROFESSIONAL companies I have ever dealt with. They were on time for very appointment they set. Norm, who provided me with the initial quote, walked me through every aspect of how it would be set up in my home and explained everything so even I could understand it. Ed, showed up not only on time, but in freezing weather with blowing snow without a word of complaint. The installation went EXACTLY as Ed explained it would. I could not have asked for better results. The bill was exactly as quoted, and Ed walked me though the full operation and care for my new generator. In addition, everyone I spoke to on the phone (as they prepared me for installation day), was super friendly and polite. I was referred to Miskow by a friend and now I know why. I cannot recommend them enough and would love to give them 6 of 5 stars.

From the first time I was in contact with Deanne to the completion of the generator installation there were positive conversations
and interaction with the staff of Miscow Generator. On the day that the generator was installed the the team of four servicemen arrived and walked me through the installation process. They were respectful of my home and from my conversation with them and observation they took pride in their work. after the installation was completed they took the time with me to review the the functions of the generator and answered clearly answered my questions. I would like to recognize Kyle, Keaton, Cameron, and the fourth gentleman ( I did not get his Name ) who did the work. Thanks for a job well done you left my property nice and clean with no cleaning up to do on my part. Keep up the good work. my mind is at ease knowing that I will have backup power if ever I need it. Miskow Generators installed our new unit this week.
They have been very helpful in walking us through the entire process from quotation to installation.
We researched different types of generators and Generac came out as the best in the industry.
The office staff told us what to expect of the installation. The installation staff were courteous, left the property clean and told us all about the generator and how it would operate.
The whole company completely exceeded our expectations.

Have a whole home generator and a whole home surge protector both from Miskow. Their service is A1all the time. We have a monthly service plan and all the service people are knowledgeable helpful and polite! The systems have been rock solid in operating! We give them our highest recommendation!
