I have been 3x and every time I go I am amazed at what my jewellery is worth! Items that have sat in my jewellery box and never worn in years! Staff are fantastic! Such a positive experience every time. So glad to have found this company.. I will return.

Recently brought in some old jewelry to get appraised. Had no idea how the process worked but both Jenn’s were so helpful in explaining every detail of the process which made me feel at ease and were very knowledgeable. I was amazed at the value of all my pieces of jewelry, there was no pressure to sell on the spot and the valuation did not cost a thing. Will be going back again and would highly recommend going if you have pieces to dispose of.

We've met with Jen several times at Minty's Brant Street office and have been impressed with the level of care and attention we received as well as the transparency of the process. We have already recommended Minty to family and friends who are looking to sell coins and unused jewellery. I also love that they set up shop at our local Habitat for Humanity every month and donate a portion of what they make to Habitat ... and you receive the same amount for your goods.

My friend and I booked an appointment and visited Minty on Brant Street. We were both pleased by the staff’s professionalism and friendliness. I brought in some coins to sell, and my friend had several pieces of jewelry - both of us received a very fair offer. We’ll definitely be returning.

We visited Minty today to monetize gold and coins from an estate. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The process took about 50 minutes and we left with a cheque. Excellent experience…we will return!

I found AU Jewelry Exchange Lab on Google Map itself. I was able to book an appointment online very easily. On the day of my appointment I was greeted warmly by Jen(1), who further introduced me to her colleagues Jen(2) & Janice. They were all very sweet and greeted with same warmth. I must say they all are equally professionals. So, Jen 2) attended me. She went through all my Silverware and Gold&Silver coins and introduced me to this amazing machine which scanned all the metals without an even scratch on them. No use of harsh chemicals. Trust me, in last 1 1/2 years I have seen many different testings done on such metals but this was out of the world. I was so excited about this machine (which is used by miners) and its accurate reading, I knew, I was at the right place.
So after scanning, weighing, price points were discussed & over. The final conclusion was still pending. After I decided that I am going ahead with the final sale. I signed the document for Silver to get melted and Gold coin was scanned for its density & hologram authentication. Luckily all my things were Real 😁 🙏🏻🙏🏻 So as a customer how we feel skeptical and have our apprehensions even buyers at the receiving end are skeptical about authenticated products they are buying off us.
But, I had 99% surety that the miner’s machine did its Magic from the very start.
I am so super impressed 👌🏻👌🏻

What a wonderful experience! We have been back 3 times because of my de-cluttering--memories will always be there! We were absolutely blown away with how much "money" was sitting around our home not being used for fun things. Thank you for being honest, and there was absolutely no pressure for us to sell. Minty even made recommendations on how to safely dispose our non qualified items.
