I am someone who really struggles to understand how numbers, and taxes etc work, and Angie went through everything with me step by step and she does this every year I submit my paperwork to her.

I wish there had been reviews of this business before I had them do any bookkeeping for me. There were numerous mistakes on a spreadsheet done for me and they initially blamed the mistakes on Excel! Their errors cost me hundreds of dollars in legal fees and a lot of embarassment. Customer service was terrible, would not refund me fully despite me having to involve a professional to redo the spreadsheet Minding Your Business had attempted to prepare. The owner of the business was extremely rude, defensive and did not respond to my email or to a letter sent via Canada Post. I would NOT recommend MYB.
