I was a former employee for a spotter position from the mrf, even got a good review from the driver, but unfortunately they let me go because I complained about being bullied by the new guy that they hired. I was the complainant, even wrote down a full statement how Im being bullied and racially discriminated but eventually I was fired 1 day before passing my probation period. Well company saved some money. Thanks to the starwars actor manager! Too much drama and politics in this company!
And also does anyone of you knows that one of your supervisor at the MRF is high as a kite due to daily use of weed? I thought its not allowed to use substance during working hours and while at work. Thats why hes power trippin'
The only person I appreciate here is Kris "giggles" the driver for apartment truck. He deserves to be a supervisor because he knows what hes doing and knows how to respect a person.

Saw a miller waste truck stop at westminister and Wellington and get out of the truck so the traffic would stop because he was trying to save a dog my boyfriend works for miller waste and it made me so happy to see them helping out animals when in need I saved the dog he’s with animal control they’re calling the owners thankyou so much for stopping and helping he would probably be dead if you didn’t ❤️

Today they picked up our recycling and collectors broke one of bin, when I spoke with him he totally denied it and acted like he didn't care at all. Unfriendly and unprofessional staff.

They picked up my cardboards in bin and even the one that was on black trash bag , But they left rest of my recycling that was in blue bin and lack bag , and put a tag that this doesn’t belong to blue bin !
No excuses for not picking up the blue bin ?

This is THE worst company for employment standards. I have family who work at this establishment, obviously unnamed. But holy this company, sets their workers up for failure, it's an incredibly toxic work places, employees are forced to start BEFORE their scheduled time (talk about illegal and time theft)if they start EXACTLY at their time they are considered LATE and are met with judgment and are persecuted for it because they weren't here for their shift "15 minutes early".... The HR department is very poor and have legal/law ethics issues. I'm surprised London would renew their contract.

You skipped my recycling pick up today and only lifted one of the containers. When confronted the young guy he said there was ONE plastic container in it and he cannot take it. Its Monday there is an entire weekend extra to put in bins. If you are not going to take them, YOU need to provide US the tax payer who pays your over-bloated contracts with LARGER blue bins if you chose not to take them bc of ONE mixture. Its businesses like this that encourage me to fester a lot of hate, and will eventually move out of the city to avoid such pathetic disturbance like this one.

Horrible service they Bill you Without picking up and when you tell them that they get mad and they tell you you’re lying The driver has a picture. so I told them I have cameras close circuit 24 hour surveillance and every time you tell me same excuses . When I check the camera’s and the driver never showed up once In 6 month although I paid in FULL

All they care about is the get you to sign the contract once you sign it you’re screwed good luck getting them to pick it up even when I pick up for the city of London they’re very filthy they throw the garbage buckets everywhere on the road how hard is it to throw it on the sidewalk on the front of the person’s house no no it’s better throw it on the road I know you’re robbing us but at least do what you promised 10% of it
