The only place who answered for an emergency call, they were fast and pofessional the first time in our home. Unfortunately our furnace decided after being repaired once that it didn't want to go through yet another cold season. 😆 Mid west was great with the work, quotes and communication. They were able to get our new furnace in and installed faster than anticipated. There was a small bump after installation which was quickly resolved. Definitely recommend these guys, they've been fantastic for us.

Amazing company and I could not be happier with their service. After a recent power outage, our furnace was found to be broken and needed replacing. Midwest came to give us a quote that day and indicated there would be a possibility to replace it the next day. I told them if they could come the next day, I would go with them. This was before I got the quote and some people would worry that a company might take advantage of that and overcharge, but it was the complete opposite. The price was fair and competitive, plus they actually rearranged their schedule to accommodate putting our furnace in since we had no heat. When they came the next day, they were early, friendly, professional and did an amazing job. Long story short, this is a great company and I'm happy to say they've got a customer for life. We had our hot water heater replaced.
When I called to book the appointment, the service was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
They booked our job in to do the same day.
The installer was prompt, friendly, quick, efficient, answered all of our questions and knew his job.
His work was very professional and he left everything neat and clean.
The invoice was comparable to any other shop and exactly as quoted.

Being new to Moose jaw we have had experience with two other plumbing companies.
