Metro Disposal was very accommodating to our needs. We needed a bin for our kitchen renovation and filled the bin within a few days. We realized we would need a second bin, and they were able to switch the bin within moments' notice. We also went over the allocated time without realizing it, and they did not charge us extra. Their prices are fair, and the owner is quick to respond. I would definitely use this company again for future bin rentals.

I would disregard all pervious reviews and so far experiences with this company. This is one of the best disposal bin company exists in GTA. The owner is such a nice guy and I am personally happy with my experience. He left the bin for almost 2 months and did not bother at all. I kindly suggest this company for all contractors.

ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE AND A FULL ON SCAM!! BE AWARE! I ordered a 20 yard bin but switched to 25 yard bin 2 days prior to delivery, but they delivered a 20 yard bin but said they’ll give me a discount for a second bin, which I had to argue to get back for a month.. they charged $400+tax and took the $200 deposit on top of that on my card then charged me a $10 service fee for using a card which I wasn’t even warned about.. after asking him to swap out the first bin for some time he finally came and swapped it out and ended up dropping the bin on the driveway and damaged it. After this it was a complete headache with this company. They took $150 additional out of my bank account without notifying me or getting authorization to do so, and apparently this was because the first bin was overweight, but they failed to give me any sort of weight receipt for over a month of asking for it almost everyday. They charged me another $650 without authorization again, and when I try to call or text about it they completely ignore it. I waited over 2 weeks to get the second bin picked up and they always came up with the excuses, so the home owner got fed up and called them herself due to her getting parking tickets from parking on the street. They yelled at her and told her they have better things to do... absolutely not a way to speak to any customer. They came to pick up the bin and totally damaged the entire driveway, and then told me it was already there before he even dropped off the bin but everything is on video surveillance of the damage he’s don’t to the property. They failed to provide receipts for everything even with them charging me tax for it.. BE CAREFUL GIVING YOUR CREDIT CARDS TO THESE PEOPLE! I’m not the first person they’ve scammed. I wish I had read the reviews before dealing with this company.

Is zero an opportunity! My contractor rented bin from them and they told us 300 flat. They come here and ask for all this other fees. My contractor asked them to extend pickup from monday to Wednesday. They showed up now at 8:30am on Monday and were banging on my door to open...8:30am most people are sleeping. He tells me to move my car. I called my contractor who called the manager, manager said give me one min and drive still tells me to move. One of the worse companies in the world. He was the worse human I have spoke to..I had to move my car. I did not want to bother my neighbors this early morning. If you thinking of renting from them. I recommend you use your hand to move the product over a year instead of using their bin.

I ordered 5 yard bin for 325+tax. The driver brought me 15 yard bin. He saw the pile of gravel and said "it's not 5 yard, you will have to pay more". I told him to go away. I needed 5 yards and he was going to play the game "how much is in the pile". The driver decided to leave the bin for 325+tax. I transferred 325+tax and texted him that the bin is ready. Then he said that I have to pay more. I told him that we agreed for 325+tax and I won't pay more. So he threatened to dump part of the bin onto my property. I told him that I will report this issue to his insurance company.
It's not a company. Read the reviews. It's a bunch of crooks. I wish I googled them before dealing with them.

At the time of booking, it wasn't communicated to us that there was a weight limitation. Our credit card was charged for the rental ($300 + tax) and then, without warning, an additional $50 was billed. After calling the company a few times, we were told that, apparently, the bin weighed more than 1000 kilos. We weren't provided a courtesy call, and didn't authorize the additional charge. We also weren't provided with any proof that our bin was overweight. It was only by reviewing my credit card that I noticed the additional charge. I would NEVER use this company again.

If I could give these guys ZERO STARS I would! A bunch of scammers and unprofessional people. I get quoted a “flat rate” price, the bin gets dropped off then 3 days later they text and ask for over $300 more than quoted and that they gave me the wrong bin. I didn’t pay the higher amount and paid on what was agreed. A week later I asked for the bin to be picked up, calls and texts were ignored until 6 days after they were supposed to pick up the bin and they showed up unannounced to get it. After they hauled it away they asked for more money and said if I didn’t pay they would dump the garbage all over my property etc. Terrible company! Don’t rent from these guys and don’t give your credit card info.

If I could give -0 I would.... Please do not use them. They are fraudsters. I requested a bin 10 yards Sunday evening and was told it would be there in the morning, bin showed up at 3pm. Everytime I called to ask where is the bin they said a different excuse like traffic it's at the dump whatever until they got there. Then they didn't have the bin size I wanted so they gave me bigger and said I would be chatcha for the smaller one, and then the driver wanted to charge for larger bin. They over charged visa and added 47. 00 over weight charge as they said you get 2000lbsbi threw out household grave old clothes nothing to even reach 2000lbs. Do not use or trust them biggest mistake ever.

When I called they were so unprofessional and tried to tell me I was wrong and I had concrete and other stuff in there.

Buyer beware that's all I'm saying.
