DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY
FATHER AND SON SCAMMER.

Very unprofessional and the worst customer service. Add states 24/7 service but they do not work till late. Delivery is never on time and pick up is days late. I had so many problems with them from the very first day. I asked for a bit and changed the size to a larger one an hour later. A week past and they delivered the wrong size bin and told me I changed the bin size to late. I also repeatedly asked them to put wood under the bin so they don’t scratch my driveway and what do they do NO WOOD AND THEY SCRATCHED MY DRIVE WAY!!! The father has no idea on he financial side of the business because I called them asking why my credit card was charged twice and he kept telling me I will ask my son when he comes home from school. I had to call multiple times to get an answer and they finally told me they charged me twice because they thought I confirmed for another bin when I never confirmed or told them only asked for a price. I had to hound them to get my refund took them 3 weeks to send my money back and after I asked for my money they told me my bin was over weight and he will deduct it from my refund. I asked them multiple times for the receipt and proof of the weight and I never got it. I send them my correct email address but they kept telling me it is getting send to the wrong email. This company is run by crooks I wish I read the google reviews before I did business with them. All the 4 star reviews are them making fake accounts to give themselves a good review. If you read all the negative reviews you will get the truth because they all say the exact same thing. RUDE / OVER CHARGING/LATE DELIVERY AND LATE PICK UP / WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/ THIEVES. I had to change my credit card because my bank caught them trying to take the same amount multiple times. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

A horrible experience with this father/son company. Made a delivery promise for a bin he couldn't deliver for a Monday. The bin show up 3 days later, then insisted I pay him up front. I'm ever so thankful I paid him in cash, instead of using my credit card. Pick up was also 3 days late. Sadly this is one company I would stay away from. Very untrustworthy, and completely unreliable.

This was the worst experience with a disposal company I've ever had to deal with. The gentleman on the phone at first seemed eager to take on the business. He made a delivery promise of Monday, bin didn't show up until Wednesday. I had sold my house, and the new owners were taking possession of the house on a Wednesday, He assured me he would have the bin picked up the Monday before that Wednesday. He didn't show up until 4:30 on Wednesday, after the new owners had taken possession of the house. This guy seems to be a one man show, who is so disorganized, charged me a flat rate + tax, but failed to provide me with a receipt. He constantly screened my calls, I ended up having to reach him with a different cell phone just so I can communicate with him. I can't recommend this company to anyone. Period, he didn't even deserve the one star I gave him. Just a horrible experience all around.

Quoted me one price for a bin, delivered the wrong bin and then attempted to overcharge for the price of the bin (pretending it was what was actually ordered). Bin drop off was late, delaying my project but they did call a few times that morning and we failed to connect - phone issue (ok, no problem as these things happen). Failed to pick up bin on schedule, however... after they received calls days in advance from different people reminding them of the date and time. First they said no problem about pickup.... until that date and time passed. Did not call to inform of any delay - instead I had to call to find out why the bin was still in my driveway. Said they would come the following day, gave no time, and hung up abruptly. Does not return calls. My project is now further delayed. Still waiting on bin pick up. At present I am watching my VISA.... I hope things resolve to a happy ending but... so far not good. Buyer beware. Please use caution with this company.

Buyers beware!
TLDR: multiple charges, no refund, non-existent customer service.
If you want your credit card to be charged multiple times and not get a refund or a reply to resolve the issues, this is the company for you! We got double charged for the bin, extra charges for being "overweight" (with no proof provided for the same), and all our efforts to contact them to resolve the issue have been in vain (multiple calls and texts over the course of 3 weeks). We are now proceeding with a claim with the Credit Card provider. Save yourself the trouble and do NOT do any business with this company.

Just stay away from them. I'm a general contractor using bin services for years from several companies. Recently used 2 of their bins and both of them were delivered with filthy drain garbage with horrible smell that I had to clean for my client to stay livable. None of them were delivered on time, one of them were even after 5 days and my labours wasted hours and days for that. They just asked more money for extra weight without any proof and after week later since taking the bin. Don't even bother to inform earlier before coming to switch. If you need better service with lower price, contact with me, I'll give you my other providers info. Keep all the proof as I kept all the pictures of their services and communication as at the end they're threatening to leave the garbage.

Sorry for the long review, I dont normally give out bad review but got really frustrated with this situation so here goes:

Get a quote on the phone with someone else other than the owner (He said his son probably). Agreed on the price and the duration (2week). Guy on the phone agreed to drop off bin first thing next day (between 9-10AM).

Next day waited for them till 10, gave them a call, spoke with the owner he said no bin was schedule. After 10 mins on the phone he changed his mind and said “the bin will be there when its there, no time guarantee”.
Bin finally came around 12:45. The owner gave me a different price on the bin.

Got a call after 12 days and he thought I was someone else needed the bin. Lol the way he keeps track of customers.

Spoke to him tried to clear the confusion for him. Then he told me he will come collect my bin today since the duration is only 1 week. I tried talking to him and explain that I had an agreement with someone on the phone that we need it for 2 weeks. He said straight up:” I never give bin for free”. We talked back and forth with him but he kept on saying the same thing. I told him there was someone else picked up the phone the other day and made that deal and he straight up denied it and said he was the only one. He told me and this is his exact words: “This is Canada not Philippines”. That was racist as f**k and I got so mad and hung out. After a while he called back and said it might be his son and he will confirm with his son.

Another 5 minutes passed, I was writing this review he called back and said he dropped off the bin on the 10 and today is the 23rd (I opened calendar and today is the 22nd) and it’s already 2 weeks (WTF?) and he will come collect it tomorrow.

I still cannot believe that this business has over 4 star ratings. I did not speak to anyone but the owner and this is just outrageous. Please save yourself the trouble and stay away from this company.

The most in professional who don’t know the alphabet of Custer service. All these reviews are from previous owner Adam, these new fellows are ripping you out, first they take all the information of your Visa card writing in a piece of paper who knows somebody will get hand to to. Second they charge your visa not once but twice even before emailing you or inform you formally, third the provide no invoice so you don’t know the actual weight.

Be careful every body about sharing your visa information or make the cost final at the first place.

The new management don’t know about business.

Either they must change their methods of working or soon they go out of business.
