I can’t say enough about how positive my experience was in dealing with Method Engineering when I had to get an assessment done to finalize my heat pump rebate application. I had the pre-retrofit assessment completed and submitted by a different company, who also completed the post-retrofit assessment. Unfortunately, that company failed to submit the post-retrofit report and did not respond to my attempts to resolve the situation. I was told that having a different company complete the second assessment was going to be very problematic, and other companies that I spoke to weren’t interested in doing it. The situation felt hopeless and I had very serious concerns that I would not be able get the rebate….. until I spoke to Jennifer at Method Engineering. It was such a relief to know that they were able to assist me, and were happy to do so. The assessment was promptly scheduled, completed, and impressively, Kyle had the report submitted to the government the same day. I very highly recommend using their services. My only regret is that I didn’t start the process with Method Engineering, as it would have saved me a lot of stress and frustration.

Extremely prompt and professional service from receptionist Jessica to Engineer Kyle. Short wait time from call to appointment. Engineer Kyle pleasant, easy to talk to, and answered questions. Turn around time only 2 days from Assessment to report being uploaded to Canada Greener Homes Grant website. Highly recommend this company.

Terrific customer service at this company. They really helped me through the process with NRCAN and I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure things worked out. Kyle, who did the audit was very professional in doing the audit of my home. Jennifer was totally on top of the admin end, responded quickly, was well informed and efficient. My sense of the company was that they are all really working together to help their clients. I highly recommend Method to anyone applying to the NRCAN - Canada Greener Homes Grants.

Method provided instructions on how to apply for the Greener Homes rebates, set up appointments and provided our EnerGuide reports promptly, and even uploaded all the necessary documents to our Greener Homes application. All communication was clear and polite. A great team to deal with.
