We have been with Edward fuels for over a decade, no issues at all. When MacDougall took over we thought ok, should get the same service. This company is a joke, terrible service. We chose to continue with automatic billing, however someone at MacDougall energy didn't get the message. They let our tanks run empty. Of course this happened on a Saturday, so called the emergency number. Spoke to someone who looked at our account who then said, I don't know why this has happened, very sorry, someone will call you back. No one called back, crickets. Its now -17 outside, no heating in the house, its Saturday evening and we're all wrapped in blankets. Seems like MacDougall energy do not give a rats behind about its customers. STAY AWAY FROM MacDougall energy.

McDougall Energy supplies the propane to my home. They fill my tank promptly, within 24 hours of my call to refill. Their customer service is exceptional. Their prices are always fair, and the delivery drivers are nice too! They moved my tank and its lines when I needed the tank moved as well. Really happy customer here. Would recommend this company any day.

Been with them for a while, however the service is terrible. Automatic fill ups were awful and they would let our tank get really low before delivering, so we stopped using that and ordered when we wanted it, but it still took weeks to get a delivery. Ordered oil on a sunday and 9 days later I had to call in and get an urgent delivery, twice!!

We have been a customer of McDougall for over three years. I undertook an extensive review of market alternatives, and have never regretted our choice. Customer service has consistently been excellent, and we know that we would be worst off with other options. We are relaxed and satisfied. Just wanted y'all to know.

We are customer of McDougall for couple years now and it's a challenge every time to order a refill for our propane tank. The girl there Michele doesn't have customer skill and I can say sometime is rude. We need to order weeks in advance in a hope that the truck somehow will appear. We are planning to switch. Not recommended at all.

We called a few propane companies around the Owen Sound area to try and find the best price/customer service for adding propane to our property. McDougall was not only the best prices, but had the BEST customer service from the minute someone answered the initial phone call, to the following conversations afterwards. HIGHLY recommend this company!

I’m not sure how the rest of your company works, but if your Esso station on Coleman street Carleton Place is any example, you are lacking. If your employees don’t like the people in our community, maybe they shouldn’t be there.
